Michelle joined the XRB in April 2024 as Director of Accounting Standards. Most recently, Michelle has been with Deloitte as Director.

Director Sustainability Reporting

Dr Sharman heads the team developing Aotearoa New Zealand Climate Standards and sustainability reporting topics.

Director Auditing & Assurance

Misha heads the team supporting the New Zealand Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (NZAuASB) in its role of developing and issuing assurance standards.

General Manager Corporate Services

Dawn joined the External Reporting Board in September 2022 to lead the team that looks after the corporate functions that keep the organisation running smoothly.

The XRB head office is based in Wellington, however staff are located across the country.
